We're so glad you're interested in continuing to be a part of the Adventist Health Study - 2 (AHS-2)! If you previously enrolled in AHS-2 by completing a large questionnaire about diet, lifestyle, and health history (between 2002 and 2007), you are eligible for continued participation. In Spring of this year we are planning to launch an online survey as a way to to participate in the important new Second Phase of AHS-2, as well as continue our paper-based version of the survey for those who prefer to complete the survey in that way. We will be in touch with more details as we get closer to this next phase of the study.
