FFQ Validation

Validation of the AHS-2 food frequency questionnaire has been accomplished through the use of calibration sub-study in which 24-hr dietary recalls were obtained. Two approaches were used to assess the validity of the questionnaire:
- cross-classification by quartile
- de-attenuated correlation coefficients
